 At Canadian-Art.Gallery, we understand that getting the right art piece that fit your space is a process and there is nothing better than actually trying the piece of art you like to  collect in your space, which is why we are offering 7-days hassle free money-back guarantee for any unique art piece bought on our online marketplace  with exception of  commission and framed request works. 

 When you receive your purchase, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the packaging. We advise that you keep the original shipping box in a safe place after you remove the artwork, If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, return it back in the same condition you received it for a refund or credit for the price of the art less 15% restocking fee.

What you will need to return your item:

  • The original receipt(s) or invoice 
  • Original Packaging
  • Completing our online RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Return Process

Our return process is easy and Canadian-Art.Gallery will cover the shipping costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at within 7-days of receipt. A prepaid return shipping label (with instructions) will be emailed to you. Please print two labels and keep one label for your records. Repackaged the artwork in the original box along with the original receipt, affix the printed label on to the box and drop it at any UPS location. Once the item has been received, refunds less 15% restocking fee will be issued to your original method of payment and will appear on your account within two billing cycles.

The following items are not returnable

  • Original Art Work/Paintings
  • Special Framed request works
  • Special offers, special orders at the request of the client, commissioned art pieces and orders shipped outside of North America.
  • Electronic gift certificates
  • Gift Cards
  • Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • commission works

Please Note

If you're returning a purchase because it arrived damaged, or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns are charged a restocking-fee, which is deducted from your refund total when you submit your return online.
